Call to order: The meeting was called to order at 1130 by
                             M. Missey. President

Secretary’s Report: Minutes from the April 16, 2011 were reviewed,
                   Motion to approve by P. Brossier, seconded by S. Riddle,
                   No objections from members present. Minutes were approved.
                  
Treasurer’s Report:  Savings account     $9944.30     
                                   Checking account $9436.25
                                   CD balance            $7474.11
New Business: Elections were held for President-Elect and Treasurer
                             Results were unanimous

                        Attendance prize drawings.  10 gift bags were awarded.

Minutes

The Meeting was called to order at 11:30 AM by M Missey President

Secretary’s Report:
          Minutes from the September 25, 2010 meeting were distributed and approved.

Treasurer’s Report:      Savings acct: $9924.30
                                      CD balance:  $7474.11
                                      Checking acct: $11926.11

New Business:
          -Resolutions; the 6 resolutions which will be voted on at the HOD meeting
          at the May SGNA National Conference were read by Marilyn and voted
          on by the attending SGNA members.
          -Elections will be coming up at the Fall Seminar.
          We are looking for members to step up to run for offices.
          We will need President-Elect, Treasurer, and Director at Large.
          -The GSGNA Fall Seminar will be on October 22, 2011
          at St. Johns Mercy Medical Center.
          Look for brochures later this summer.
          -Drawings for attendance prizes.
           Certificates for free attendance at the GSGNA Fall Seminar were given to
           2 members and 3 non-members.
          1 certificate for a Botanical Gardens membership, donated by Unitas, was given to 1
          attendee.
