These need to be revised every two years. Last revised in 1998. Elected officers are: - President
- President elect
- Secretary
- Treasurer
- Director at Large
Laurie commented that the same individuals seem to rotate these positions. Our goal is to offer more candidates to members. Laurie addressed each change proposed:- President- 2 year term. This would make it a 6 year commitment. 2 years as President elect, 2 years as President, and 2 years as Immediate Past President. President elect would be a 2 year term.
- Secretary and treasurer would be a maximum of 3 consecutive 2 year terms.
After some discussion and questions as to whether enough members’ were present to vote on revisions to the By Laws, it was decided to post pone the vote. Laurie apologized for the delay in getting these revisions to the members. Revision proposals will be mailed to members and they will be able to vote electronically.
